how to use
Apply the sachet of Almond Cleansing Milk to the face, and neck and décolleté with gentle circular motions. Rinse thoroughly with warm water.
STEP 2
Apply the sachet of Pistachio Face Mask to the face. Leave on for 10 minutes, then gently massage in and remove any excess with warm water or toner.
STEP 3
Apply the sachet of Phytomelatonin Rejuvenating Serum to the face, neck, and décolleté, smoothing with circular upward motions.
STEP 4
Apply the sachet of Olive Eye Cream with ring finger, gently patting the Olive Eye Cream around the eye area, focusing on the under-eye and outer corners.
STEP 5
Apply the sachet of Hibiscus Night Cream to the face, neck and décolleté, smoothing with circular upward motions.

ALPINE PLANT MELATONIN
Hormones can have a wide variety of profound effects on the skin. Oestrogen, progesterone and the androgens have for example been shown to regulate the condition of the skin via multiple mechanisms that can address skin degradation, wrinkles and dryness, and stimulate the development of new skin cells. Phytomelatonin has been shown to have very similar effects in laboratory trials.
