At Irene Forte Skincare, we’re passionate about provenance so that we can ensure unrivalled ingredient quality. Our Pistachio Oil comes from a reputable Sicilian supplier, and it contains omega 3, 6 & 9, which are the three most important omega fatty acids for the skin.
Omega fatty acids are a type of Essential Fatty Acid (EFA) which our bodies require for good health, but which we are unable to produce biologically. Topical application of omega fatty acids helps to: strengthen and smooth the skin’s surface; repair the skin barrier to improve moisture and elasticity; soothe irritated, sensitive and red skin; reduce UV-induced photo damage and signs of ageing; and nourish and protect skin against environmental damage moisture, regulate oil production and maintain elasticity.
As well as having its omega-rich benefits, Pistachio Oil is rich in Lutein and Vitamin E, which have antioxidant qualities, protecting the skin against free radicals and promoting cellular renewal.
